This page covers bettercareproject.com. Each app has its own privacy page. Updated October 22, 2026.
The short version
This site has no ads, sets no cookies and loads its fonts from this site. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or identify you. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam. Notes and app requests reach our inbox by email, and if you sign up for updates, your address is kept by MailerLite, our email service.

Visit counts
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and records the page, the site that sent you, your browser and device type, and your country. It doesn’t use cookies or local storage, and it doesn’t build a profile of you. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. It runs a quick check in your browser and sends Cloudflare information about your browser and device to do that. Most people never see it. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
Email updates
If you sign up for updates, your email address and, if you give it, your first name are sent to MailerLite, the service we use to send our emails. MailerLite first sends you one email to confirm the address. We only use your address to tell you when a guide or app is ready. We don’t sell or share it.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. MailerLite tells us whether our emails were opened and which links were clicked, so we know what’s useful. To have your address deleted, write to bettercareproject
Text size
If you choose a larger text size, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It isn’t sent to us.
Messages you send through the contact form
When you use the contact form, to share an idea, ask for an app or ask about work for your organization, what you type is sent to our inbox as an email, using Resend, an email delivery service. We receive what you wrote, your email address and anything optional you add, such as your name, your organization, your role, a budget or a timeline. Nothing from the form is stored on this website. When you ask for an app or ask about work for your organization, we also send one confirmation email to the address you gave.
We use what you send to decide what to write and build, and to reply to you. We don’t publish it, sell it or share it. If we build an app from a request, nothing that identifies you or your family goes into it. Sending a note or a request only adds you to our mailing list if you tick the box for updates. Ask us at any time to delete your messages and we will. See Resend’s privacy policy.
Please don’t include health details or the names of residents, staff or facilities.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this page changes, we’ll update the date at the top.
